The Alumniyat Foundation is being established to create a lasting home for poetry— through events, education, community, and thoughtful publishing.

We believe poetry is a bridge: between generations, languages, and cultures. Our work highlights Arabic poetry while welcoming collaboration with poets, educators, and cultural institutions worldwide.

Because creative expression today lives online, we also teach practical digital skills as free community education — building websites, WordPress, online publishing, and AI literacy — so writers, artists, and neighbors across Los Angeles and beyond can share their voices and thrive.
